You can now have online video consultations with your physiotherapist

We believe high quality physiotherapy care should be available to all, which is why we’re proud to offer Online Physiotherapy Services (also known as Telehealth) to the Bunbury community.

COVID-19 has drastically changed the way many of us live and work. At the same time we realise that many people needs haven’t changed a bit. We have invested in software so you can now receive high quality and effective Physiotherapy management for your problem via online video conferencing so that you can get treated for your injury and concerns from the comfort of your home.

Our online physiotherapy consultations will deliver the same exceptional level of care as our in-clinic service offerings, where our experienced team of physiotherapists will develop a tailored treatment plan designed to get clients moving towards their best quality of life. Our expert advice, education and personalized rehabilitation programs will help you recover from your pain and injury faster.

How Does it Work?

Your Online Physiotherapy session will start when you receive a call through our online software. You will be provided with all the information you need to access this link when you book your appointment.

Your Physiotherapist will begin by asking you various questions to gain a thorough understanding of your problem, such as how it began, the nature of your symptoms and the impact it is having on your daily activities. By the end of this discussion, your Physio will already have a very clear idea of your probable diagnosis. Following this, your Physio will ask you to perform some tests and movements to confirm this provisional diagnosis.

Your Physio will then be able to design a personalised Physiotherapy management plan, provide helpful expert advice and run you through your personalised home exercise program to get you started on the road to recovery.

Follow-up appointments will involve assessing the effects of the previous treatment and exercise program, tweaking what needs tweaking and continuing to progress you along your recovery journey.

Covid-19/Coronavirus update

We Are Open and Here to Help!

With the Covid-19 / Coronavirus pandemic the world is facing an uncertain and challenging time. As your healthcare partner, we understand and share the concern and anxiety you may feel about the Covid-19 virus in Bunbury, WA, Australia and globally.

At Aspire Physiotherapy Bunbury the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is always our highest priority. Whilst social distancing is an important step to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus, your pain and comfort remain our priority. This is why the Australian Government considers allied health an "essential service", and the Department of Health encourages us to remain open to help reduce the load on our amazing local GPs and Hospital staff.

To ensure we can continue to offer the high-quality physiotherapy service our clients have become accustomed to, we have escalated our already stringent infection control measures to mitigate the risk of infection. The systems we have put in place are guided by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (our professional body) and the Department of Health, and will be monitored and updated accordingly as the pandemic evolves inline with their recommendations.

If you show any signs of illness, such as fever, cough, sore throat or shortness or breath please call us (08 9770 1107) before you book or attend your appointment.

As a relatively small practice, the number of people we interact with is limited and considered low-volume. We have cancelled our group rehabilitation and pilates sessions and have spaced out our appointment times to minimise the congregation of people and allow for our disinfection procedures between appointments. All clients are required to follow our hygiene practices inside the clinic. Clients have the option to wait in their car and be notified once the physiotherapist is available (simply phone us upon arrival). In addition we offer Online Physiotherapy Services so you can access the same exceptional level of care as our in-clinic services from the comfort of your own home, find out more HERE

Thank you for your trust and support as we continue to keep our focus on the health and wellbeing of you and your family.
