Our Exercise Rehabilitation programs are always tailored to the needs of the individual, and as such can be usually be completed at home – with or without equipment – or in a gym/rehabilitation environment depending on what the individual has most easily available.
We also run group classes we integrate pilates informed exercises, which enables clients to complete their individual program under supervision of one of our experienced physiotherapists, utilising our custom designed rehabilitation area.

Pilates inspired exercises are often part of your exercise routine. Our reformers and trapeze table are custom made to our specification right here in WA.
We have a high quality Life Fitness Functional Trainer (Dual Adjustable Pulley Cable Machine), which offers great flexibility and allows for a large range of exercises to help you improve your strength.
Our CrossOver Symmetry system enables a comprehensive shoulder rehabilitation exercises proven to eliminate pain and optimize performance.
We also have the CrossOver Symmetry Hip Halo’s to offer a wide range of hip and core exercises, leading to relief of lower back pain, hip bursitis and tendinopathy. The medically-designed Hip Halo System quickly primes your body to perform your best each day while also developing strength and stability for long term health and performance.
About our program and rehabilitation classes
Step 1: Comprehensive Assessment & Program Design
Using the AxIT system , your physiotherapist will assess your injury history and current fitness level, then design and closely supervise an exercise program tailored to your specific needs.
This exercise program will include movements to tone and strengthen your muscles; increase muscle endurance; improve your flexibility and improve your movement control. All within the limits of your ability and comfort.
Step 2: 1-on-1 Sessions
To get you familiar with your exercise program we will take you through a number of 1-on-1 sessions as appropriate to ensure your bespoke program is suitable for you and you feel comfortable and confident performing it.
After this you will join our Physiotherapy Exercise Rehabilitation Class, where we continue to assist you to ensure your exercise and fitness goals are met.
Step 3: Join the Movement!
Under close supervision from our team of experienced physiotherapists, you will join our group classes with other members of our local community whilst continuing to work on your individual program towards your fitness and health goals.

The exercise classes at Aspire Physiotherapy Bunbury are an amazing, avenue to get you ‘back on your feet’ after any injury. The classes while challenging are safe and supervised by our Physiotherapists with exercises adjusted, modified or progressed/regressed immediately as required.
Our custom WA-made Pilates equipment is specifically designed to support you to move through a range of motions that otherwise might illicit pain or fear when returning from an injury.
This enables us to offer exercises that target specific areas, or muscles (e.g. core muscles), without overloading other areas, or making you feel unsafe.
This will help you to recover as quickly as possible while keeping you moving and active.
